To find out about a specific occupation or topic, use the Search box that is on every page—enter your search term in the box.
To find out about many occupations, browse through listings using the Occupations links that are on the left side of each page.
For a listing of all occupations in alphabetical order, go to the A-Z Index and select a letter.

Using NoodleTools follow these instructions:
1. Make sure you open your "Graduation Project" folder.
2. On the Dashboard under Components select Work Cited.
3. Select citation type as "web site" and click on Create Citation.
4. Click continue if you see the screen with the visual explanation of a web site.
5.. Look at the next screen carefully. Under the NoodleTools logo you will see the following: Citing web page from a web site. Use the pull down menu next to web site and change to "book". You will now be citing a web page from a book that is online.
6. Enter the name of the website: United States Department of Labor Bureau of Labor Statistics.
7. The access date will automatically fill in. If you looked at the site on a different day, change the date.
8. Copy and paste the URL from the section title of the occupation selected.
9. In the "chapter or section" frame fill in only the "Section Title." This will be the occupation you picked. In the above citation this is Computer Engineer.
10. Scroll to the section labeled Book. Look for "Title of book or multi-volume work". In this space type in Occupational Outlook Handbook.
11. Look for publisher. Type in GPO for Government Printing Office.
12. Publication city is Washington.
13. Year is 2012.
14. Edition is 2012 - 2013.
15. Scroll down and hit submit. The citation is complete.
